Several cultural objects together in the same building: art and music schools, culture center with two halls, county council offices.

Culture house interior created by continuing expressive exterior motives inside. Latvian signs on wall decorations in the hall, corridors and main hall. Facade patterns consistent with a central staircase lighting.

School part muted tonality, allowing student works of art to bring the brightness. Accented floor covering, consistent with the door design and music room acoustic ceiling.
